By using Settled, Called, or any other Bendah Boys app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the apps. These terms apply to all users — people who create tabs, people who receive shared links, and anyone who visits bendahboys.com.
Settled helps groups track shared expenses and calculate who owes what. Called helps groups make collective decisions via polls. These are organizational tools — they calculate and display amounts but do not process payments. Any actual money transfer happens between users directly via Venmo, Zelle, or whatever method they choose. We are not a payment processor and are not involved in any financial transactions between users.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Don't share your sign-in links with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you're under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You own the content you create — tab names, poll questions, item descriptions. By using the apps, you give us permission to store and display that content as necessary to operate the service. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for any other purpose.
Shared links are public to anyone who has the URL. Be thoughtful about what information you put in tab names and item descriptions if you're sharing links widely.
The apps calculate suggested amounts based on what you enter. These are suggestions, not legally binding obligations. We are not accountants, lawyers, or financial advisors. Any disputes about who owes what are between the people involved — not us.
The apps are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee the apps will be available at all times, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. We'll do our best — but no promises.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bendah Boys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or any financial loss arising from your use of the apps or your reliance on amounts calculated by the apps.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Since the apps are currently free, that means zero.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the apps at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes, but we're not obligated to.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
